About SpyDocs

SpyDocs is an AI CCTV platform built in India by OneBase Technologies. We upgrade existing IP cameras with edge detection, cloud search, and ANPR — for societies, shops, and warehouses.

Last updated 18 March 2026

SpyDocs started from a simple frustration we kept hearing on site visits: societies and shops in India already had Hikvision or Dahua cameras recording 24/7, but nobody had time to scrub footage when something actually happened. Cloud-only AI pitches sounded good until the chairman asked what it would do to the society’s shared JioFiber line during peak hours.

We built SpyDocs to sit beside the NVR you already own — a compact edge device that runs person and vehicle detection locally, uploads only meaningful frames, and gives guards a mobile-friendly dashboard with search, ANPR, and Telegram alerts. No rip-and-replace camera project required for most RTSP installs.

Who builds SpyDocs

SpyDocs is a product of OneBase Technologies (OPC) PVT. LTD., a software company focused on practical AI for Indian businesses. We design, deploy, and support the platform end to end — edge software, cloud indexing, and the Watch progressive web app customers use daily.

OneBase also builds and maintains internal tools for multi-site operators. SpyDocs is our dedicated security vertical: CCTV upgrades for homes, retail, gated communities, warehouses, and MSPs managing cameras across cities.

India presence and how we work

Our team is based in India. Demos, RTSP compatibility checks, and rollout planning are done remotely or on-site depending on the project — typically starting with gate, shutter, or basement cameras before expanding channel by channel. We work in English and Hindi with society committees, shop owners, and facility managers.

  • Pilot-first rollouts — tune zones on real traffic before enabling alerts to everyone
  • Support for Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, Honeywell, Uniview, and generic RTSP streams
  • Edge-plus-cloud architecture tuned for uneven Indian upload speeds
  • Transparent retention and access conversations with RWAs before ANPR go-live

What we believe about CCTV AI

AI should reduce review time, not replace judgment at the gate. Alerts should be rule-based. Plate data should have clear retention and access policies. And “smart camera” should not mean throwing away hardware that still works.

If that matches how you think about security at your site, we would rather start with an honest compatibility call than a sixteen-channel quote on day one.
